Return policy

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

Some items are completely non-returnable.

Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:

* Gift vouchers

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)

* Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.

* Items returned after 14 days of delivery.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.

Next, contact your bank. There's often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Special offer items

Refunds can only be made for regular-priced items; sale items are unfortunately excluded from the refund process.

Exchange

Exchange of items is not possible.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and sent directly to you, you'll receive a gift voucher for the purchase value upon return. Once we receive the returned item, you'll receive a gift voucher via email.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or sent to the gift recipient, the refund will be issued to the gift recipient and the gift recipient will be notified of the return.

Shipment

To return your product, you should send your product to: Kaiserweg 22/7, Ellmau, Tyrol, 6352, Austria.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.

If you're shipping an item valued at more than €75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
